Surviving: wife, Shirley (Barnett); son, Don Casebolt, Santa Maria, California; daughters, Challis Lutes, North Bend, Oregon; Carol Casebolt, Perth Australia; Melanie Casebolt, Vancouver, Washington; stepdaughters, Rosalie (Lockard) Mashtalier, Vail, Arizona; Debbie (Lockard) Singleton, Waveland, Mississippi; brothers, Don, Walla Walla, Washington; Bryce, Covington, Washington; Wilfred, Walla Walla; sister, Lillian Christian, La Center, Washington; 6 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Dr. Gerald Casebolt passed away peacefully on Sept. 1, 2020 in Tucson, Arizona, with his wife, Shirley, by his side.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Anna Jean, and his brother, Cliff.

Gerald was a skilled surgeon, a mountain climber, a painter, photographer, world birder and traveler. He graduated from the Loma Linda School of Medicine in 1949 and served as mission doctor in Malawi, South Africa, three times and in Bangkok, Thailand. He will be deeply missed.
