5 Baptized at Lummi Church

By Paul Roberts, December 09, 2025

Lummi Adventist Church invited Nemaia Faletogo, Washington Conference evangelism associate director, to present his “Encounter With Jesus” series in May 2025. We started each night with a light dinner at 6 p.m. and then started the meetings at 7 p.m.

Each night, Faletogo showed us people from all stations in life who had an encounter with Jesus. Whether rich or poor, Jew or Gentile, God is looking for you and wants you to know you matter to Him.

A call was made every night, and five people stood for Jesus — Derrick Garcia; Troy and Terrence Lawrence; Melissa Wall, and her son, Jeremy Spotted Bear. Praise the Lord! Welcome to God’s family!

When you look at the pictures, you can see the joy on their faces. Praise the Lord for these souls for the kingdom. The harvest is ripe. Let’s join the Lord in the harvest.

Continue to pray for us, and we will be praying for you and the work that still needs to be done.  Lord, rain down Your Holy Spirit upon our churches, and keep us all close to You.
