New Associate Vice President Chosen

Walla Walla College administration has selected a new associate vice president for academic administration. Clinton A. Valley will officially fill the position in August, replacing the current interim associate vice president for academic administration, Marie Redwine, who will be returning to her retirement.

Valley brings with him more than 25 years of teaching experience from all levels of education, elementary to graduate. He also has experience working for the Adventist church as superintendent of schools for the South Caribbean Conference in the Inter-American Division and the South England Conference in the Trans-European Division. Valley is currently the pastor of two churches in Atlanta, Ga.

Valley holds a bachelor of theology degree from Caribbean Union College, a master of arts degree in religion from Andrews University, a doctor of education degree in educational leadership from Western Michigan University and a master of business administration degree in educational management from Nottingham University in England.
