Startup Celebrates New Birth

By Regina Beal, December 22, 2021

Like most churches, the Startup Church in Sultan, Wash., was challenged by pandemic restrictions. When doors were eventually able to reopen for fellowship, ministry efforts were a high priority.

God blessed the outreach efforts. Startup members are praising God for the opportunity to welcome new believers into fellowship this past year. Kim Berg, Startup Church pastor, performed the baptisms of Melody Gorsegner, Chris Gorsegner, Annalisa Berg, Emma Bahnmiller and Lori Rojas.

On the day of Chris Gorsegner's baptism, he was asked, “What does this mean for you?"

He replied, "This is a very high blessing that is of great importance for me!"
