God’s Call A Perspective I had mixed feelings about going on a mission trip to Fiji. I had to get numerous shots, and it was beyond my imagination that we were going that far. I was scared. Fiji is a place of love and happiness and the people always had a smile. The more people I met the more I fell in love with my surroundings. As I moved bricks, dug holes, painted window frames, and hammered trusses, I found out that I was not only getting in better shape but I was bonding with my Lord. As we were leaving, I sat on the bus looking out at the people waving at us, and I realized that God put me in Fiji for a reason. I felt him working in me, and I loved it! The people I met are what made going worth everything.
