After a change in ownership, the restaurant eventually became a doughnut shop. The following recipe, used at the fair, is from their eatery. Strawberry Smoothie From the New Earth Vegetarian Restaurant Blend together: ¾ c pineapple juice ¼ c fruit syrup concentrate (recipe below) ½ c frozen strawberries 1 c frozen sliced bananas Fruit Syrup Concentrate Mix thoroughly: 2 parts apple juice concentrate 1 part honey

Blend together:

¼ c fruit syrup concentrate (recipe below)

½ c frozen strawberries

Mix thoroughly:

2 parts apple juice concentrate

1 part honey
