ROHLF — Doreen Adele (Black), 89; born Nov. 11, 1928, Yakima, Wash.; died Aug. 12, 2018, at the Holmes Park House in Medford, Ore. Surviving: husband, Earl "Blondie"; daughters, Irlene Rohlf, Eagle Point, Ore.; Connie Dunks, Springfield, Ore.; Sharon Westergard, Rogue River, Ore.; 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Doreen was born Nov. 11, 1928, to Frank and Ruth Black, in Yakima, Wash. Her growing up years were in Washington and Oregon. She graduated from high school in 1947 from Laurelwood Academy in Gaston, Ore., where she met, Earl "Blondie" whom she married on Sept. 1, 1949. Blondie and Doreen lived life to the fullest. With their three daughters they camped, water skiied, rode motorcycles and grew big gardens. After the girls left home, they went on many interesting trips and snow-birded in Arizona.

Doreen was a member of the Medford Seventh-day Adventist Church where she volunteered and donated her beautiful quilts.
