Hockinson Heights Cooks Up Health Living Class

By Marty Jackson, July 15, 2017

The Hockinson Heights Church kitchen and fellowship hall in Brush Prairie, Wash., were bustling with activity for the first three Fridays in May as Sharon Harlan and Debbie Morauske led out in sharing "The Eight Laws of Health" and cooking demonstrations with eager participants.

Fun and healthy vegetarian/vegan recipes were demonstrated followed with breakout sessions for hands-on experience. After a final cooking demonstration participants were able to enjoy the foods along with fellowship. God blessed our time together, and we look forward to implementing what was learned and living a healthier lifestyle.
