Tim Roosenberg, pastor, held a prophecy seminar this spring at the Eagle (Idaho) Church. The seminar was open to the public, and 84 guests registered for the meeting with 61 of those attending four or more meetings. Many members also attended, and childcare was provided.
The outcome inspired members to continue visitation and witnessing programs. Seven people were baptized since the meetings, and 15 others are studying to be baptized.
The meetings began each evening at 5:30 p.m. with a live repeat of the previous night's message. Participants were provided with a soup and salad supper. This was followed by the regular meeting at 7 p.m., allowing participants, unable make it to one meeting, able to take in two meetings the following evening.
Participants mentioned how much they appreciated having supper provided (a convenience for those traveling from work), and also the two optional meeting times.
