Molalla Holds Cactusville VBS

By Helen Shreve, Helen Shreve, September 29, 2017

About 25 children attended the evening Vacation Bible School program in June 2017 put on by Cindy Hepler and her team from the Molalla Church in Oregon.

They started each evening at the mine entrance with singing then went to sit on log rounds at the campfire for Bible storees. Cactusville Café was busy serving healthy snacks. At Wildhorse Canyon kids roped a steer, panned for gold, and had wagon and gunny sack races. The children learned to pray and connect with God and answer questions with a nod or shake.

Leaders and children alike got a special blessing this year, and hopefully the neighborhood children will return for Sabbath School.
