Milton Church Participates in Light Parade

By Nancy Canwell, March 17, 2016

For the first time, Milton Church entered a float in the Milton-Freewater (Ore.) Light Parade.

This was something members hoped and planned for all year. The emphasis was advertising the upcoming Journey to Bethlehem (JTB) nativity event. Out of the 29 floats in the parade, the church's was the only one with a Christian emphasis — not only did members advertise JTB, they gave witness to the true meaning of Christmas.
