The Science of Intelligent Design came alive in an exciting and powerful way on April 7, at the Grants Pass Church, as many people from the community came to listen to popular speaker Frank Sherwin from Institute for Creation Research.
Sherwin, who has a masters in zoology, didn't let that keep him from giving an easy–to-understand presentation. Pictures of the aftermath from Mount St. Helens showed many similarities to the Grand Canyon, including the fact that the creek was not what made the canyon.
Dozens of men and women helped prepare 500 sack lunches, which were distributed between the 4:00 and 6:00 meetings. After the evening meeting people crowded the table in the lobby to purchase material and books written by Sherwin.
