Milo Student Selected to Attend National Leadership Conference

Sarah Sexton, Milo Adventist Academy freshman, has been invited to attend the 2003 Congressional Student Leadership Conference (CSLC), a program for academically talented and promising young leaders, in Silver Spring, Md. Exceptional American and international high school students with a record of academic achievement and extracurricular or community involvement are invited to the conference and choose from several academic areas, including the congressional forum, business and entrepreneurship, defense and intelligence, and medicine and healthcare. Through briefings and discussions with national and international leaders in each area, students experience leadership in action.
