Elizabeth (Betty) I Toews

TOEWS — Elizabeth "Betty" I. (Mickel) Brazeal, 81; born May 18, 1935, Loma Linda, Calif.; died Dec. 23, 2016, at home in Ronan, Mont. Surviving: son, Robert Brazeal, Modesto, Calif.; daughter, Lorraine Frost, Ronan; grandchildren, Brenda Richey, Ronan; Sgt. Jason Frost, Elkton, Ky.; and 5 great-grandchildren.

Betty Toews was the daughter of Dr. Arthur Mickel and Lois Parker Bignol, and granddaughter of Adventist China missionaries, Harry and Irene Parker.

Betty taught elementary school in California for 20 years before retiring to Montana. Betty loved her family and believed that every life has value, and every person deserves love and respect.
