Heidi Baumgartner serves as communication director for the North Pacific Union and editor of the Gleaner. Since beginning this role in August 2023, she has worked to engage readers, share meaningful stories and highlight how faith shapes daily life.
Previously, Baumgartner spent 18 years as communication director for the Washington Conference (2005–2023), helping 124 churches, 20 schools, and more than 35 ministries share stories of how people and ministries are living God’s mission.
