CLAYVILLE — Douglas, 58; born Dec. 13, 1954, Portland, Ore.; died Sept. 10, 2013, Dallas, Ore. Surviving: wife, Sue (Huyck); sons, Caleb, Pendleton, Ore.; John and Joseph, both of Dallas; daughters, Chrislyn Lutz, Pope Valley, Calif.; Camilyn Clayville, Cherilyn Clayville, Selena Clayville and Rachelle Clayville, all of Dallas; parents, Bob and Peggy (Dempsey) Clayville, Cove, Ore.; and 7 grandchildren.

Doug was an Oregon Conference Pastor in the Dallas and Falls City Churches when he passed away.
