Gary S. Waterhouse

WATERHOUSE — Gary S., 68; born Nov. 29, 1946, Minneapolis, Minn.; died July 14, 2015, Oregon City, Ore. Surviving: wife, Arna (Dyresen); son, Mark, Caldwell, Idaho; daughter, Mindy Thygeson, West Linn, Ore.; and 5 grandchildren.

Adventist pastor for 40 years in Minnesota, Central California and Alaska conferences.

Served as Alaska Vice President for Government Relations in the Alaska State Legislature for Northwest Religious Liberty Association of North Pacific Union Conference.

Gary was an ordained pastor for 40 years before retiring here to Oregon. He last pastored in the Alaska Conference (2002–2009), and during that time he served as the Alaska vice president for government relations of the Northwest Religious Liberty Association (North Pacific Union Conference) at the Alaska State Legislature.
