Lowell Dean Van Tassel

VAN TASSEL — Lowell Dean, 90; born Jan. 10, 1924, Terrebonne, Ore.; died July 19, 2014, Portland, Ore. Surviving: daughters, Carol Libke, Walla Walla, Wash.; Sheri Odom, Redmond, Ore.; 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Dean was an ordained minister who served in several capacities in the Oregon Conference, East Coast, local church elder, community service director and head deacon.
