Sharon (Gussie) Agusta Norton

NORTON — Sharon Agusta "Gussie" (Lund) Thomas, 79; born March 20, 1941, Prineville, Oregon; died Dec. 4, 2020, Woodland, Washington. Surviving: sons and daughters-in-law, Fred and Darla Thomas, Vancouver, Washington; Gary and Shannon Thomas, Scott Thomas, Eddie and KIm Norton, and Buddy Norton, all of Woodland; Jason Norton, of Wisconsin; daughters and sons-in-law, Ladell Thomas, Woodland; Joyce and Perry Harmon, Kalama, Washington; Kim (Norton) and Phil Hulen, Tacoma, Washington; 19 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Norton, on Aug. 20, 2020.

Sharon "Gussie" served in several churches here in Washington and also in California. She often worked in the lower devisions-cradle role, Kinders and Primary. She also has served as Sabbath School superintendent, and assisted in putting out bulletins.  

She loved her family and loved to display their pictures in her home. She is truly missed, but are glad that Jesus is coming soon.
