James Edward Trude

TRUDE — James Edward, 62; born Nov. 4, 1953, Napa, Calif.; died May 30, 2016, Portland, Ore. Surviving: wife, Julie A. (Way), Clackamas, Ore.; daughters, Rebecca E. Trude-Bogar, Juneau, Alaska; Rachel E. (Trude) Smith, Harrison, Ark.; brother, John E. Trude, Clackamas; sister-in-law, Irene Trude, Clackamas; nieces, Suzanne (Trude) Brown and Veronica (Trude) Witt, both of Ooltewah, Tenn.; mother-in-law, Joyce (Jensen) Way, Gladstone, Ore.; and 2 grandchildren.

Jim enjoyed being an identical twin through grade school, academy and college. Married in Grants Pass, Ore., November 1980.

Served as a staff auditor, then Assistant Director for General Conference Auditing Service for 30 years.

His hobbies included listening to classical and inspirational music, nature photography and pen/graphic drawing.
