Alice Irene Price

PRICE — Alice Irene (Dailey) Kirkendall, 95; born Jan. 29, 1919, Robinson, N.D.; died Feb. 24, 2014, Sidney, Mont. Surviving: son, George Kirkendall, Syracuse, N.Y.; daughters, Ann (Kirkendall) Cummings, Sidney; Janis (Kirkendall) Dove, Gresham, Ore.; Melba (Price) Evans, Snohomish, Wash.; Mary (Price) Sunseri, Seio, Ore.; 8 grandchildren, 8 step-grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Alice grew up in the Steilacoom/Tacoma, Wash., area. There she accepted the gift of salvation 65 years ago and began her spiritual journey in the Tacoma and Snohomish churches. She spent three years with her family in Chiapas, Mexico, involved with self-supporting work at Yerba Buena, a medical clinic. Later she was a long-time member of the Oakville (Wash.) Church where she served as treasurer for many years.
