Keith Merklin

MERKLIN — Keith, 95; born Aug. 29, 1921, Walla Walla, Wash.; died Feb. 16, 2017, Salem, Ore. Surviving: wife, Ann G. (White); sons, Larry Merklin, Lake Oswego, Ore.; Brian Merklin, Las Vegas, Nev.; daughter, Linda (Merklin) Barnes, San Tan Valley, Ariz.; sister, Barbara (Merklin) Vories, College Place, Wash.; 6 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Preceeded in death by brothers Lester and Jerry, and son, Jim Merklin

Baptized into the Adventist church at age 15. Enjoyed working at Walla Walla General Hospital for 20 years in Physical Therapy before moving in retirement to Paradise, Calif., in 1986, then on to Salem, Ore., in 2008 where lived till he passed away. He is remembered by many as a gentleman and a witness for Jesus!
