A small group of women packed up and made the eight-hour trip from Garden Valley, Idaho, to Portland, Ore., to enjoy a weekend filled with music, teaching and praising Christ at the Women of Faith event. Event speakers shared of how God continued to care for a woman's heart in an "over the top" manner. Along with the conference, the road trip also gave time to share personal heartaches, celebrations and humor of how God impacted those attending the weekend. The return trek was not even underway before plans were being made to invite more friends and family from the community so they could join in the "girls road trip." What was planned as a small group trip with friends has developed into a wonderful fellowship and outreach for women in a small town in Idaho.
