Lawrence Eugene Bowman

BOWMAN — Lawrence "Gene" Eugene, 96; born Dec. 27, 1922, Princeton, Ill.; died May 9, 2019, Enterprise, Ore. Surviving: wife, Velma Louise (Wallace); sons and daughters-in-law, Dwight and Bonnie (Sawyer) Bowman, Enterprise; Glen and Nancy (Tucker) Bowman, Stanwood, Wash.; Tim and Seles (Tekie) Bowman, Yankee Hill, Calif.; Art and Lisette Bowman, Escondido, Calif.; 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

A much loved gentle Christian man who will be greatly missed! Gene loved his church and was always an active member of the Adventist church. All who knew Gene loved and appreciated him.

He was preceded in death by his son, Donald "Donny" Bowman; and his two sisters, DeWillo and Delores Calvin.

His memorial service was June 15, 2019, at the Enterprise Church in Enterprise, Ore.
